We recommend that all files are supplied using the following details. We have listed
our current software versions so that you can supply your files in the correct format.
We can accept files from most leading graphics packages. Please call if you need
to discuss your artwork.
Adobe Illustrator
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe InDesign
Adobe Acrobat PDF
1 Please supply files in PDF (outline fonts, embed images) or originals (Illustrator, Photoshop and Indesign)
2 Please supply all fonts
3 Convert vector fonts to outline
4 Final artwork Width and Height to be set to a scalable size
5 Convert all images to CMYK and supply as TIFF or Photoshop EPS.
Avoid the use of JPEG or GIFF images as the compression rates of theses formats can lead to poor print production
6 Please supply all colour reference and Pantone colours along with a colour visual wherever possible
7 Please supply all images in the correct resolution. We recommend at least 300 dpi at full size
8 When supplying PDF files as finished rtwork, only supply high resolution files
