A national book distribution company required an improved solution for their point of sale pallet wraps which are used in Costco stores throughout the UK.
They required an alternative that would deliver faster turnaround times and remove the need for their staff to apply self adhesive graphics to cardboard sleeves. They also wanted a complete service from graphic design through to completed product.
By printing direct to fluted polypropylene, commonly know as Correx with our flatbed UV printer, we were able to provide faster turnaround times. In addition, with in house graphic design capability we now supply them with a turnkey solution from design to finished pallet wrap ready to go straight to store. Additionally, the use of Correx provided scope for larger pallet wrap displays that could not have been achieved with card.
Direct UV print to fluted polypropylene (also know as Correx), v-grooved to reverse and cut to size and shape and pre-fabricated for delivery directly to customer.
