The AGFA Anapurna H2500i UV Printer is the latest print technology from AGFA and the latest investment for B2B Graphics, brought in 2017; it combines high quality with high productivity for indoor and outdoor wide format printing. The white ink function on this printer enables us to widen our range of products with capability of printing to transparent or coloured materials. The LED UV lights save energy as they don’t get too hot but they also save time, so not only is it excellent for the environment but we can also print to heat sensitive materials. The cured inks are durable and weather proof for up to 3 years without a laminate.
The Anapurna is a hybrid printer so is capable of roll-to-roll printing (maximum width 2500mm) and rigid board printing (maximum size of 2500mm x 3200mm) and maximum thickness 45mm.

Graphtec FC8600 Series Cutting Plotter – 1370mm wide
Purchased at the end of 2017 as an upgrade to our previous cutting plotter the Graphtec FC8600 Cutting Plotter is the best performing cutter in it’s class and is able to produce precise contour cut self-adhesive vinyl with the capability of cutting detailed graphics and small letters. With a maximum cutting speed of 1485mm per second we are able to offer quick turn around on cut Self-adhesive graphics both printed and coloured CAD.

We purchased the Summa F-Series Cutter to enable us to profile cut and route to shape and size, keeping manufacturing in house. With several different blades and creasing wheels the Summa F-Series allows us to profile cut any material to size and shape as well as being able to crease a V-groove for fabrication across many materials including card and Fluted polypropylene.

We invested in the RollOver application table which has an LED illuminated glass tabletop and translucent cutting matt for accurate and bubble free application, it can also be used as a work bench for edge wrapping boards and assembling bespoke canvases as the illuminated table top allows you to accurately line prints up.
It also enables us to apply self-adhesive graphics to rigid panels which means that we can offer our customers an alternative to direct print which may be more suited to there requirements. With a maximum material thickness of 90mm we are also able to apply graphics to materials that may not be suited for direct UV Printing.

The Seal 62 Base laminator is perfect for mounting and laminating our graphics. With a heated pressure sensitive roller we are able to laminate a wide range of materials using a variety of laminates including, Gloss laminate, matt laminate, satin laminate, crystal laminate, dry wipe laminate and Anti – graffiti laminate. Once the prints have a laminate on them they are more suited for outdoor applications with a UV protection of up to 5 years, it also makes graphics easier to clean. The dry wipe laminate is excellent for making bespoke or branded white boards for use in offices or boardrooms.

Investing in an industrial sewing machine has allowed us to improve how we finish our prints as well as allowing us to keep things in house whenever possible, where we can control the quality of our products. We are able to finish banners with stitched hems or pockets depending on what’s required. We can also produce fabric for tension frames and light boxes completely in house from the print to stitching on the Keder.

Purchased in 2017 the A1 Pneumatic press has allowed us to venture into dye sublimated printing. The sublimation process relies on specialised inks that when heated change to a gas. As the gas encounters polymer fibers it will penetrate and permanently dye them. Due to inks penetrating the surface the end results are vibrant and photo-realistic images, which are durable, long lasting and can be produced on a wide range of products for both promotional items and personal one off bespoke products.
